I recently moved into Hayworth Estates and feel really grateful to have found this place. The location is ideal, walking distance to the train, close to hospitals, coffee shops, and the library and the building itself is quiet, well-maintained, and everything works as it should. It’s the kind of space that just feels right. The online portal also made the leasing process and all other communication very simple.
What stands out most, though, is my experience with our landlord, David. After viewing several places, this was the first time the process felt genuinely personal. He’s approachable, responsive, and clearly cares about both the building and the people in it. Everyone I’ve met here reflects that same welcoming energy.
One moment that really stood out was when we were struggling to move furniture up to the fifth floor. David heard us and stepped in right away to help. no hesitation, and it was not an easy job. It’s that kind of care and attitude that makes a real difference. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience so far, and I’m really happy to be here. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who values a well-run building with a strong sense of community.
