Haworth Estates

I recently moved into Hayworth Estates and feel really grateful to have found this place. The location is ideal, walking distance to the train, close to hospitals, coffee shops, and the library and the building itself is quiet, well-maintained, and everything works as it should. It’s the kind of space that just feels right. The online portal also made the leasing process and all other communication very simple. What stands out most, though, is my experience with our landlord, David. After viewing several places, this was the first time the process felt genuinely personal. He’s approachable, responsive, and clearly cares about both the building and the people in it. Everyone I’ve met here reflects that same welcoming energy. One moment that really stood out was when we were struggling to move furniture up to the fifth floor. David heard us and stepped in right away to help. no hesitation, and it was not an easy job. It’s that kind of care and attitude that makes a real difference. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience so far, and I’m really happy to be here. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who values a well-run building with a strong sense of community.

I have been living at Haworth Estates in Calgary, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The building is well-maintained, clean, and in a great location. I want to give special recognition to our building manager, David. He is always helpful, polite, and attentive to the needs of the residents. Whether it’s fixing something in the apartment or answering questions, David is prompt and reliable. His dedication truly makes living here a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Haworth Estates for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Calgary!

I couldn’t be more happier with my experience being part of this property. The property is well managed, maintained and the icing on cake is the great location absolutely near to Stampede C-Train station. I would want to specially call out our building manager, David. He is polite, humble, helpful, and always willing to help the residents. David is thorough professional and a great human being. His commitment towards work and managing this property well makes me highly recommend Haworth Estates for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live in Calgary!

i’ve lived here for just about a year with my boyfriend now and i have nothing but great things to say! amazing location - safe and quiet despite being downtown! the apartments are spacious and get lots of light which is great for plant people! in-building laundry and gated parking which is such a relief when there are events happening downtown. our building manager David is always available within the hour for any need we might have - honestly one of the nicest landlords/residential managers i’ve had and always strikes up a conversation whenever we see each other! we won’t be hesitating to continue staying here after our lease ends as this location just can’t be beat!!!

I lived in this building for about 18 months and had to move due to work, but if i didn’t have to i wouldn’t. The building is awesome and maintained constantly by the wonder and awesome David O., David is like one of the property managers you dream about he’s friendly and super kind when you have an issue he makes sure to get things done! Moving in and out process was awesome with him helping me for both and getting a fully deposit back!!! (rare nowadays with scummy landlords!!) there’s also a sense of community you don’t find often with apartments from family’s to just single incomes everyone was so welcoming and friendly a true case of neighbours :) the units are amazingly spacious and great layout!! my unit was south facing and had a ton of mirrors so i rarely even used lights with the amount of sun i’d get! also for a one bed room it’s almost impossible to find somewhere with tons of storage/closet space and i could’ve fit a king in bedroom where can you find that now lol!! if your looking for a new place to rent downtown i highly recommend here as i couldn’t have had a better experience living here
